SIKH FESTIVAL OF SPORTS
The MSSSC Sikh Festival of Sports is held annually either in the month of June or December. These games are organised by the MSSSC affiliates on a rotation basis. The games which are organised during the Gurdwara Cup & Sikh Festival of Sports are as follows :-
- Hockey Seniors
- Hockey Juniors
- Soccer Seniors
- Soccer Juniors
- Netball
- Badminton
- Golf
- Kabaddi
These games are held over a period of 4 days at various venues. There are approximately 800 to 1000 participants and officials involved in these games.
At the Games Dinner MSSSC would present the Sikh Sportsman, Sikh Sportswoman, Most Promising Sportsman and Most Promising Sportswoman of the Year awards. MSSSC also awards Sikh personalities with the MSSSC Sikh Sports Personality award to those who have represented the country in the field of Sports either in the capacity as a player or official.
The highlight of the Sikh Festival of Sports is the Opening Ceremony which is usually held on a grand scale with the presences of prominent VIP’s and listed herewith are the names of some of the prominent VIP’s that have graced the Games:-

The responsibility of the host during the Games is to provide meals to all participants and officials. This also includes organising the Games Dinner, hiring of all match officials for all games, booking of games venues, security arrangements and all other aspects of the arrangements.
The participating states are responsible for their own preparation prior to the games. They are also responsible for their own transport and hotel accommodation for the duration of the games.
SIKH SPORTSMAN
The Sikh Festival of Sports had produced many Sikh Sportsmen & Sportswoman who have represented the Country since 1960’s. To name a few who had achieved international success and also those who are currently representing the country today are as follows:-
